How it works

What reversing the page order does
Reverse PDF Pages builds a new PDF containing the same pages as the original but in the opposite sequence. A 10-page document becomes page 10, 9, 8 and so on down to page 1. Nothing else about the pages changes.
Because the pages are copied rather than redrawn, text stays selectable and images keep their quality. The tool works on the whole document at once, with no page selection to make.

Common uses
A stack scanned back to front
The pages were loaded into the scanner upside-down as a stack, so the file starts on the last sheet. Reverse it to read from the beginning.
Reading order for a printout
Some printers stack pages face up, leaving the last page on top. Reverse the file first so that the printed pile comes out in the right order.
Chronological logs, newest first
An export lists entries from newest to oldest, but you want to read the story from the start. Reverse it.
Photo albums and comics saved in the wrong sequence
A collection whose pages were merged in descending order can be corrected without touching each page.
Before and after: what actually moves
Only the order of the page list changes. Each page keeps its content, its size and its rotation, so a page that was upside down before is still upside down after. If orientation is also a problem, fix it with Rotate PDF.
If the printed page numbers matter, remember they are drawn on the pages. After reversing they will read from the highest number down to 1, and you may want to add fresh numbers with Add Page Numbers.

Good to know
- The whole document is reversed; you cannot reverse just a range of pages here (use Organize PDF for that).
- Page numbers printed on the pages are part of their content, so they will now run backwards.
- In a two-sided scan where fronts and backs alternate, reversing swaps each front and back pair, so the result may not read correctly.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first (use Unlock PDF).

Is my PDF uploaded to reverse its pages?
No. The reordering happens in your browser, so the file stays on your device and is never sent to a server.
Can I reverse only some pages?
Not with this tool, which reverses the entire document. To rearrange only certain pages, drag them into place with Organize PDF.
Will the page numbers printed on the pages change?
No. Printed numbers are part of the page content, so they move with their pages and will count down after the reversal.
Does reversing reduce the quality of the PDF?
No. Pages are copied without re-encoding, so text, images and vector graphics look exactly as before.
Can I undo a reversal?
Yes. Reversing the reversed file returns the pages to their original order, and your original file was never changed.
