One tool for whatever image formats you have
Real folders are messy: a phone photo saved as JPG, a screenshot as PNG, a picture downloaded from a website as WebP, a diagram exported as BMP. This tool accepts them together and puts each on its own page, so you do not have to convert everything to one format first.
JPG and PNG files are embedded exactly as they are. WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF are decoded by your browser and converted to PNG before they go into the PDF, which means the tool supports whatever formats your browser itself can open. You then choose page size (fit to image, A4 or US Letter), orientation, margin, rotate individual pages and set the order.

What gets converted and what does not
The distinction matters for both quality and file size. JPG and PNG go straight into the PDF, so they behave exactly as they do in the dedicated JPG to PDF and PNG to PDF tools. Everything else is redrawn by your browser and saved as PNG, a lossless format: no detail is thrown away in the conversion, but a small WebP photo can become a much larger PNG.
If a lot of your images are WebP or AVIF photographs and the result is heavy, run the finished file through Compress PDF. If you know every file is a JPG or every file is a PNG, the format-specific tools give you the same result with copy that speaks to that case.

Good to know

- WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF are converted to PNG, which can make those pages larger than the original file.
- Support for AVIF and some other formats depends on the browser, since decoding is done by your browser.
- Files above 200 MB are refused, and very large batches are limited by your device's memory.

Which image formats can I use?

Can I mix different formats in one PDF?
Yes. That is what this tool is for: each picture becomes its own page regardless of its format, in the order you set.
Are my images uploaded?
No. The images are decoded and assembled in your browser and never sent to a server.
Will the images lose quality?
JPG and PNG files keep their quality because they are embedded without recompression. Other formats are converted to PNG, which is lossless, so nothing is discarded, though the pages may take more space.
How do I handle iPhone HEIC photos?
Convert them to JPG first, for example by sharing the photo with the most compatible option or by exporting from your photo app, then add the JPG here.
